Apophenia is the first volume of Peter Meechan’s music for wind band, and is performed by the award winning Kew Wind Orchestra, conducted by Spencer Down.

The high energy title track is given a stunning performance by American trumpet virtuoso Rex Richardson, whilst David Thornton (euphonium) and Becky Smith (trombone) give sensitive performances of Fields of Destruction and Elegie respectively.

The emotional Epitaph (for Hillsborough), the Shakespearen drama of Macbeth and the colourful Chorlton Suite alsofeature on this exciting release.
